Student Resources:

Requesting to See a School Counselor:
Students in 2nd-5th grade may submit an electronic note to the school counselors through the Leadership page on Canvas. Notes are monitored by a school counselor Monday-Friday from 8:30a.m.-3:00p.m. This option allows students to reach out independently and privately, rate the size of their challenge, share strategies they have already tried, and explain what support they may need.
Students in Kindergarten-1st grade can let a teacher know if they would like to speak with a school counselor.
Students are welcome to visit our Leadership page on Canvas to utilize a virtual coping skills toolbox.
The toolbox includes breathing videos, conflict‑resolution tips, reminders on using an I‑Message, positive‑thinking strategies, and many other helpful tools. Students are encouraged to use these resources at school or at home whenever they need a little support.
